For breast milk production I made these ladoos:equal portions of Zeera, ajwaeen and methi dana - dry roast them all in a pan and grind them very little in a mixer . Take 2 portions or more depending on taste - of gud. microwave it approx 1 2 min so that it is in semi solid form.take it out n mix all the roasted material - then make ladoos out of it. eat daily one with milk.
Dry fruit halwa- for energy n recovery.Take all these n soak them in water overnite -Almonds(protein), munaka(iron),Kaju,anjeer(warm with iron),pista.In the morning grind them with very little water in mixer.it should not be very fine keep it coarse.Take little ghee in a non stick pan heat it and add the dryfruit paste.(If you want u can add wheat Aata/urad ata/gond).heat till the water breaks n its brown in color.u can keep it outside or in fridge.when u have to eat microwave and eat or mix in hot milk n drink.
